Jealousy

 A strong emotion being generated from one word ... Oh yeah !!!!

Am sure all of us at some point of time have felt jealous of others around us. The presence of omnipotent and forever in your face social media also doesn't help this sentiment. 

Probable areas of jealousy; others having lesser troubles and more money, being in comfortable and harmonious relationships, vacationing in exotic destinations, having more than one consistent 24 hours help at their disposal, more successful, beautiful, slim, great body... And the list goes on

Par jo dikhta hain wahin kya sach hain ??? Pura sach ?? 

Naaahhh...doubt it because no one, yes No One gives you the complete picture of their lives. And like I probably read it somewhere that if we were all asked to pick the troubles from a basket or a container full of them, chances are we would end up picking our own

 Also jealousy essentially arises out of poor self image and low self worth. Time to think about and work on it 

Because no matter what you do you ain't getting rich counting your neighbours money. 

Makes sense ???

Introverts vs Extroverts

We all have different personality types which are not limited or restricted to being an introvert or an extrovert. But just to make it simple to understand, let's broadly curb it to down to these two personalities. While growing up also, I would be mostly happy being myself. Introverts are definately not anti-social. I feel they are just not social enough and they are happy that way.  Knowing myself very well, let me try and burst a few myths about introverts.  1) They are unfriendly and like I said earlier anti social. I can certainly vouch for the fact that they are neither. They prefer time alone but that does not make them unfriendly at all. 2) It's difficult to get to know them. That is truly not the case, but introverts prefer not to open themselves with all who prefer to small talk. Disrespect

 I am sure everyone is aware of what disrespect means but just to break it down; disrespect is  1) to treat without respect 2) show or express contempt or rudeness 3) low regard for someone or something. 4) to disrespect someone is to act in an insulting way towards them. 5) It is actually the exact opposite of respect by acting rude, impolite or offensive. I am sure all of us have witnessed it somewhere / sometime.Being disrespected is definately not a part of healthy relationships. Let me give you an example of disrespect  in a form of put down. Radha and Ashok have been married for a while and Ashok knows that Radha always wanted to become a doctor but could not for some reasons. While they are out for dinner with the extended family, Ashok says a mean joke suggesting Radha was not smart enough to become a doctor which causes Radha to be embarrassed. (Now simply replace becoming a doctor with anything else). And that's a put down which in turn is huge part of disrespec...
