Jealousy ...

 Is there a way out of this extreme emotion ??

Oh yes !! There is always a way out of any negativity in your heart and mind provided we want to go there.

The few ways that I know are described below:

a) Being grateful for what one has ; We may have heard this word  'gratitude' so many times by now, but how often have we actually felt it, is the point. Being thankful for a warm bed, clothes in the cupboard, friends that one can pour their heart to ... To an opportunity to create value in this life, to life's challenges because they are always there to make us grow as a person ...the list can be endless.

Let's start or end our day with gratitude if we are not doing it already 

b) Not comparing oneself to others ; Let's face it, all of us compare ourselves to others and subsequently feel better or worse. We all have our own journey, lessons, personalities and we don't need someone to make us blow high or blow low , day in and day out. Let's not be caught in this tireless, exhausting, thankless loop.

c) Working on our own self belief, self confidence and self esteem. How ? A few ways are listed below :

1) Identify those positives / strengths and work on them to make it stronger and better.

2) Reflect on your weaknesses/ negative thinking and challenge them, accept them, work on them ... As long as we do something about them 

3) Take care of your physical health and we all know the benefits of that. It elevates our mood and overall well being for sure 

4) Let's challenge ourselves in something / anything and keep doing that on an ongoing basis. Sure shot way to boost that confidence
