Body = HEALTHY = Mind

 "Your body hears everything your mind says"  Naomi Judd  Body is the physical aspect and mind is ofcourse the mental aspect and they are interconnected and inseperable.  That's the truth, tho sometimes I wish it wasn't because our lives would be relatively easier.  Which essentially means that our bodies are listening to every emotion - positive and negative ; each thought, grudge, anger, resentment, hostility, fear, worry, overthinking and reacting in its own way in the form of different ailments. And it also means that a body which is sedentary, lazy, not exercising enough or at all faces several challenges with energy levels, fluctuating moods , mental health concerns as well as plethora of other issues. This is also quite evident with the generation born with technology in place of a silver spoon. So get up , get ready, organize yourself, make up your mind and do not let anything or anyone, NOT EVEN YOU, come in the way of your healthy body and a very healt...

Self Worth 🪞

 The dictionary meaning of self worth is "a feeling about one's own self, that I am a good person who deserves to be treated with respect"  It is a sense of one's own value as perceived by oneself. Am example of self worth is " I believe I am a good person and deserve good things or I believe I am a bad person or a not good enough person and deserve bad things. It's about ME measuring my own worth as a person. Because searching for self worth in other's eyes or by constantly comparing self with others is definately a losing battle. Because, honestly there will always be someone better looking, more attractive, richer, successful that who we are .. and if I continue to measure my self worth against others achievements, I may tend to fall short somewhere.  Giving my own example,  I would mostly measure my self worth against the culinary skills of others and often fall short in my own eyes. Call it conditioning, call it comparison, call it anything you like,...

Well Balanced Personality

Describing someone as well balanced means they are sensible,level headed, well adjusted and do not have many  emotional problems ... Definately one of those rare species but not non-existent.  What makes for a well balanced / adjusted personality ?  A few traits are as follows : a) Super high degree of social adjustment  Does that mean if one is not socially adjusted one is not balanced ?  Not sure ?? Let's look at some more traits  b)Being in control of one's emotions most times; if not at all times and not the other way round. If we are letting the emotions get the better of us ...there is work required. Possible to get there ?? Absolutely !!  c) Cool temperament ..  and you heard that right !! Not impulsive, being in control of one's thoughts and actions, weighing the pros and cons of the above, staying cool minded ...  Not you ??
