An interview with my help

 And here I was wanting a full day help again because the last one decided to leave me in a limbo, after being unwell for many days and repeatedly suggesting that she would positively be coming to work the very next day. 

The search for a new one began, with me having to go thru countless questions in the interview round of whether I qualify for a good prospective employer 

Following are the excepts from the interview 

Prospective help (H):

So how many people are staying in the house ? 

H : Do I have to clean up the entire house and all the rooms on both floors ? ( Since I live in a duplex apartment)

H : Am I required to cook ?

H : Am I required to hand wash all clothes or do you have a washing machine ? 

H : How many meals do we provide for a 12 hour job ? 

H : Do we all eat chicken ?

H : How much time will she get to rest?

H : How many holidays in a month is she allowed without salary cut ? 

and countless more 

In the middle of umpteen questions, I realised that I had lost track of time and had to cut short my conversation due to another prior appointment.

Of being informed of the same, I was promptly asked for my number and duly advised that I will be apprized of her decision to work by the evening.

As I waited with bated breath to know the outcome of my interview, I received a call saying that I have been cleared and a new journey begins tomorrow 

Yeaaaaaaaaa !!!! 😀

I passed !!!!!🤞🤞🤞🤞

Introverts vs Extroverts

We all have different personality types which are not limited or restricted to being an introvert or an extrovert. But just to make it simple to understand, let's broadly curb it to down to these two personalities. While growing up also, I would be mostly happy being myself. Introverts are definately not anti-social. I feel they are just not social enough and they are happy that way.  Knowing myself very well, let me try and burst a few myths about introverts.  1) They are unfriendly and like I said earlier anti social. I can certainly vouch for the fact that they are neither. They prefer time alone but that does not make them unfriendly at all. 2) It's difficult to get to know them. That is truly not the case, but introverts prefer not to open themselves with all who prefer to small talk. Disrespect

 I am sure everyone is aware of what disrespect means but just to break it down; disrespect is  1) to treat without respect 2) show or express contempt or rudeness 3) low regard for someone or something. 4) to disrespect someone is to act in an insulting way towards them. 5) It is actually the exact opposite of respect by acting rude, impolite or offensive. I am sure all of us have witnessed it somewhere / sometime.Being disrespected is definately not a part of healthy relationships. Let me give you an example of disrespect  in a form of put down. Radha and Ashok have been married for a while and Ashok knows that Radha always wanted to become a doctor but could not for some reasons. While they are out for dinner with the extended family, Ashok says a mean joke suggesting Radha was not smart enough to become a doctor which causes Radha to be embarrassed. (Now simply replace becoming a doctor with anything else). And that's a put down which in turn is huge part of disrespec...
